		<description>                                      To Govegan and Redmarconi                                                                                                          , It is important to also realize climate and region when you throw around &#039;sustainable&#039; facts   - in our farming region it is very difficult to raise vegetables (the soil is rocky, the summers short and cool) so raising meat in our area IS  a sustainable food source -  And if we are talking ethical and sustainable food production - a lot of our modern plant based production corn/soy/ etc  is hugely devastating to our environment as well.  The more we consider thoughtfully our relationship to food and farming the better! And perhaps we can discuss it without being so judgmental!  loved the post!</description>
