1 bag(16 oz) of frozen leaf spinach
2-3 oz. softened cream cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation: Cook spinach as directed on package . When cooked stir cream cheese, and parmessan into the hot spinach simmer for a few minutes at a low heat. Salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
